Why Chris?

I partner with founders, executive teams, and boards during moments that matter most — growth inflection points, commercial transitions, and high-stakes decisions where clarity, judgment, and alignment are critical.
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked across continents and industries advising leaders on growth strategy, go-to-market design, and complex commercial decisions. My experience spans Fortune 500 brands including Disney, Knight-Ridder, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Cars.com, as well as hundreds of founder-led and institutional organizations worldwide.
Across that work, one pattern has remained consistent: outcomes don’t break down because of effort — they break down because of unclear structure, misaligned leadership, and poorly designed decision systems.
That insight led to the development of Deal Coaching — a proprietary operating framework used to bring structure to complex deals, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Today, that framework supports my work across executive advisory, fractional leadership, and select private engagements, helping leaders convert uncertainty into clear direction and sustainable revenue.
I operate globally, working with clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with offices in Miami and Dubai. Engagements are structured to deliver measurable outcomes without unnecessary overhead — whether through fractional leadership, interim roles, or focused strategic advisory.
