I’ve spent the last 2 decades working with executives, entrepeneurs and visionaries on leveraging their value equation.  Nothing brings me more passion.  
Each of us have a unique set of gifts, skills and experiencs.  Those are your unique fingerprint.  Even if you found your physical twin, it’s impossible to find a soul twin.  You are a unique creature in a number of positive ways that can make the world a better place.  Identifying those unique traits is crucial to this thing we call success.  
As an Italian American Executive with over 30 years of experience in high-level strategy, I’ve been blessed to have worked with Fortune 500 brands like Disney, Knight-Ridder, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Cars.com (and many others). In fact, I’ve worked with hundreds of firms around the world, advising executives and board members.
A niche market I’m passionate about is developing and improving deal process to ensure deals finish. As The Deal Coach, I’m privileged to coach and mentor others to improve their deal process with a 7 step proprietary methodology I call Deal Coaching. This methodology has been proven to help several aspects of business process, and empower entrepreneurs with the tools to have greater success. I’m passionate about this.
I’m active internationally on every continent and have offices in both Miami and Dubai.
